Outside, on a large, well-kept and fenced lawn, guests can take a dip in the outdoor, private pool (unheated), enjoy a round of table tennis, snooze under the shadows of trees or enjoy open-air dining and BBQ evenings!

The holiday rental is air-conditioned and centrally heated for comfy year-round stays. There is a sunlit living-cum-veranda with sofa seating and direct access to the private garden. The kitchen has a cosy fireplace and dining as well as everything you would need to enjoy a carefree holiday: a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and Mokka coffee machine are available.

This apartment is part of a typical Tuscan farmhouse that has been divided into two sections. The owners live in the other part and share only the entrance gate with the guest; everything else is for the guest\'s exclusive use during their stay.
