The property needs some care. The yard had trash on the ground. Inside walls and cabinets needed paint.

⸻I’ve stayed here before about a year and a half ago, and overall, the location is spot on. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with the added bonus of free parking. The beds are very comfortable and clean, and I really appreciated the convenience of having an icemaker. The air conditioner also works very well—strong and cold. The host was very responsive when I noticed a couple of things that needed to be fixed, which I really appreciated. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved. The property feels a little rundown, and updating the furnishings inside and on the patio would make a big difference. If you’re not looking for all the bells and whistles and simply need a comfortable place to rest your head for the night, this spot is suitable.
