The well planned kitchen, dining and lounge which open onto the BBQ balcony are also on this level. Upstairs on a mezzanine floor that looks down into the living room is a single bed and office desk where you can work from home away from the activity downstairs. Also on this floor is a spacious queen bedroom with lounge chairs and TV. All of the bedrooms and main living area have ceiling fans.
