The beach where the property is located (Praia Azul) is one of the thirteen beaches that make up the municipality of Pitimbu, on the idyllic southern coast of Paraíba, near the beaches of Tambaba (naturist beach), Coqueirinho (with its reefs and natural pools), and Carapibus.
It’s a beautiful, quiet beach, ideal for swimming and fishing. By boat, you can explore the natural pools and Pedra da Galé.
It is 3 km from downtown, where you’ll find bakeries, grocery stores, an open-air market, a pharmacy, a post office, and more.
