You will love this place. It’s small, but has all you need to see and feel the Denton vibes. With all the basics you need. As described, very basic amenities. Clean though.

Good location to get to UNT and TWU. The hot water was limited, so that was a little disappointing. Also, the bed needed a full comforter. The only thing provided was a blanket, and in the summer I think that would be fine; but it was pretty chilly without a comforter.

Everything was great besides the tenant’s above us. Every night of our stay till about 3:30 am they were talking loudly and seemed like heavy walking/stomping being very loud. Only reason 4 stars were given instead of 5. I understand this is out of the hosts control just feel like it should mentioned
