The open loft provides additional sleeping space with a trundle bed that converts to two twin beds. A privacy curtain can be closed to give the loft some separation from the rest of the upstairs area.

The condo has 1.5 bathrooms, with a half bath on the main level and the full bathroom upstairs. With sleeping accommodations on both levels, the layout works particularly well for families or groups traveling together.

One of the biggest advantages of this condo is its location. Sierra Park Villas is centrally located in Mammoth Lakes, directly across from Roberto's Mexican Cafe and within walking distance of Vons, restaurants, bars and other conveniences. Both the Green Line and Red Line shuttle stops are nearby, providing free transportation around town and to Mammoth Mountain.

Parking is directly in front of the condo, making arrival and unloading easy. Once you've stocked up on groceries, you can easily leave the car parked for much of your stay.
