The terrace leads into the open-concept living area, which features a sleeper sofa (130x200), an armchair, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, two ceramic cooktop burners, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a walk-in shower. The bedroom features a double bed (160x200) and a children’s bed that can be converted into a junior bed or a crib. On the terrace, patio furniture and lounge chairs invite you to relax. The garden, which includes a barbecue area, is available for use. Parking spaces and bike storage are provided.



The Fischerkate Freest, located in the fishing village on the Bodden, comprises the 37-square-meter, historic-preservation-listed vacation home Ole Koot and the Fischerkate with its two 55-square-meter vacation apartments. The vacation home is designed to accommodate up to 3 people and features a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-concept kitchen with a dining area and a sleeper sofa. The two vacation apartments, “Usedom” and “Rügen,” each accommodate up to 6 people and, on the upper floor, offer a beautiful view of the islands of Rügen and Usedom when the weather is nice. On the first floor of each vacation apartment, there is a bathroom with a shower, an open living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sofa bed, as well as access to the shared terrace. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and single beds.
