Your luxury kitchen, also handcrafted by a carpenter, is simply a dream; here, too, lovers of technology and quality will perk up at the mention of a “BORA induction cooktop” or an impressive Siemens XXL refrigerator with fresh-air pull-out doors and an ice maker—and, of course, a wine cooler is a must-have here.

First floor:
A light-filled, luxurious living room with a gas fireplace, sitting area, beautiful dining table with Eames Plastic Chairs, and a bench. Integrated luxury kitchen with a BORA induction cooktop, large refrigerator with ice maker, small wine cooler, and Nespresso machine. Combination microwave, oven, and steam cooker. Very well-equipped kitchen. Small entryway with guest restroom. Very beautiful terrace area with high-quality patio furniture and a beach chair (approx. April–October). A shaded spot for sunbathing and a south-facing garden landscaped with great attention to detail.

Basement:
Very nice wellness area with a large, glass-fronted sauna, XXL shower, and restroom. Two tastefully decorated rooms, each with a double box-spring bed (approx. 1.8 x 2 m) and a flat-screen TV. Small laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Upper floor:
Great master bedroom with plenty of built-in closet space, a double box-spring bed (2x2m), and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to it is a bathroom finished in elegant natural stone, featuring a large shower, double sink, and toilet.
