Loma Bella is an amazing retreat in the Canyon Oaks Subdivision. It sleeps 17. It is a four bedroom three and a half bath home with an open concept kitchen and living room for all your large gatherings. The home offers lots of space inside but the jewel of this home is the outside. Loma Bella has a pool with a sitting pool attached (not a hot tub), outdoor fireplace, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes and washers. It is a great place to relax at after a day on the river or just a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is free parking for river access close to Seven Bluff Crossing.

Renting from escapia was so much better than renting from Vrbo or Expedia if we had an issue. We instantly got a response. We didn’t have to submit online info or waited numerous hours on the phone . The house was up kept and maintainable . We completely enjoyed our stay ❤️

Clean for the most part. If we needed anything they were there for us. Pool was clean and the outside area was great except there was a red wasp nest somewhere because they were flying around a lot. No one got stung. Overall good time.

Everything was exactly like they said. The place was nice and clean. It had plenty of room for everyone. We will be looking at returning for our trip next summer.

The point of renting a house to stay in for vacation, is so you don’t have to haul linens and cleaning things as if you’re camping. We did rent sheets that were put on the beds sideways and not tucked in. We wished we had brought our own towels because the bath towels were pretty bad. We had to search Concan for washcloths and kitchen sponge to buy, along with paper towels, toilet paper and a deck of cards and dominoes (because it rained our whole stay). The ice maker in the freezer was disconnected, so no ice. What looks like a hot tub in photos, is not a hot tub. We never found the half bath described in house details. Between the house, the bad weather and not enough water to tube the river, that’s why we were pretty disappointed.
