Good space for two people. Clean and safe location. Parking is on gravel driveway on side of house. Liked having a washer/dryer available. Good location for activities in Colorado Springs area. Interactions with host were good.

Our place as first timers was just what we needed. One local grandson brought his sleeping bag with him and slept on the couch. We had a grand visit. Everything was perfect.
