- From Ferrara Station, the apartment is easily accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot (650 meters away);

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in 35 minutes by car or taxi, or by train from Bologna Centrale Station, arriving at Ferrara Station in 50 minutes;

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and free street parking is available. There is also an uncovered parking space on the property; it is not reserved and is subject to availability.



PLEASE NOTE: On days when the SPAL soccer team plays, Corso Vittorio Veneto must be kept clear, so cars must be parked in the on-site parking lot (if available) or at Ex Mof on Corso Isonzo, which offers free parking. Alternatively, you may park on the street along Corso Isonzo, which is free.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
