Surrounded by national park the area has something for everyone with a great range of outdoor pursuits, bird watching, bush walking, biking, snow and water skiing, 4X4 adventures, fishing, golf & tennis, or just relax and unwind and take in the views with the stunning scenery all around from the deck.

sleeps 8 comfortably ( 6 adults and 2 children in bunk beds ) with 3 queen beds and single bunk beds .

The cottage caters well for all with a fully equipped cottage kitchen with oven, microwave, rice cooker,baking equipment,sandwich maker and coffee machine
separate toilet and large bathroom with shower over bath.

The laundry is well equipped with NEW quality large capacity washing machine and dryer.
Please do not use clothes drier washing machine and kitchen appliances at the same time as you will overload the circuit
Wood fire for the winter keeps the cottage warm and cozy
split system reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort summer and winter and wood supplied for winter season
Please note we do NOT have wifi as this is a detox zone for families to spend time together playing board games , reading and talking to each orher !
The front deck overlooks the mountains with beautiful views down the valley.

cottage is only a few minutes walk from Talbingo's amenities such as 3 playgrounds, one a new adventure playground, Country Club, golf course, tennis courts, parks, and oval.
