The front entrance opens to a great room with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, and a dining room seating 6-8. The main floor includes three bedrooms: a master with a queen bed, walk-in shower, and tub; and two guest bedrooms with queen beds sharing a bath with a tub/shower. A screened-in porch with new furniture and a large deck with patio dining furniture and a propane gas grill are off the great room. Downstairs, find a large recreation room with a flat-screen Smart TV, gas fireplace, game table, and two additional bedrooms (one queen, one with two twin beds) sharing a remodeled bath with a walk-in shower. Big Canoe is an 8,000-acre wildlife gated community in the hardwood forest of the Blue Ridge Mountains just north of Atlanta, offering over twenty-four miles of maintained hiking trails and plenty of wildlife including deer, black bears, and turkey.
