You know you found the perfect vacation condo when after your third stay you are already planning your forth. This location is amazing, we no longer rent a car, and rarely take a taxi (which are always available right out front), everything is close; the beach, Malecón, dining, clubs, galleries, and shopping. This building, with its secured entry, attentive staff and electronic controls instills a solid sense of security. We always feel safe, yet access is simple and welcoming. It’s time for us to book our next visit.

As advertised. Excellent room with a beautiful view and wrap around deck. Smack dab in the heart of Zona Romantica, an easy walk to all the best restaurants. We had an excellent time!

The smart home feature motion detectors control the A/C and has time and temperature limits set by owner. It went off during the night which was resolved but then the bedroom was every 30 minutes if motion was not detected. If gone from apartment both units would shut off. Eventually the program was changed to run without turning off.
