The home is pet friendly and will accept up to two dogs. However, there is a pet fee of $27/dog/night. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional charge.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

A cute little cottage/Casita in a really nice neighborhood close to downtown Fredericksburg Main Street. The place was clean, the AC worked well and the host responded quickly. When trying to figure out a Wi-Fi issue. Appreciated that there were plenty of extra towels should we need them and there was body wash and shampoo in the shower already. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bungalow was just as pictured, very clean, updated and modern. The bathroom was very large and well appointed. The owners left a bottle of wine and cheese plate for us, totally unexpected. We will defiantly stay here again.

We loved our stay here and when we come back to town, we will stay here again. Directions for check in was very clear; property was very clean and so cozy. Cutest coffee bar and welcome tray. I honestly wasn't ready to leave.

Overall a really good property and enjoyable stay in a good neighborhood. Check in & out was easy and the hosts were communicative. Only negative was with pets. The listing said it was pet friendly, but there were many extra rules & fees associated with pets that were not mentioned beforehand, so be weary.
