Dune Just Fine is a six-bedroom luxurious home with quick accessibility to Coligny Plaza. With elegant touches throughout, this upscale, private home in North Forest Beach features two living areas, a private pool and spa*, a summer kitchen, and an outdoor shower. It includes a private elevator with access to all floors, including the garage.
The ground level includes a six-car garage, accessible from Dune Lane and Bittern Street, and a summer kitchen to include an ice maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Nice large house easily accommodating our 13 people . Great location and easy walk to the beach for the grandkids as well as adults. We were in easy walking distance of most everything we did and enjoyed all of the biking trails throughout the area. The air conditioner worked perfectly throughout the hot week we visited but multiple lights were out particularly in the kitchen and pantry making food prep interesting. Our initial access code was nonfunctional so we had to use a longer one sent to allow us entrance slightly before the 4 pm check in. Just a minimal inconvenience. Not sure if the cleaning crew mops all floors after each week but our bare feet were black even on our first day before everyone was walking outside.Overall we had a great stay and the house was as expected as far as being rented out weekly.

First I would to say that the property is lovely (great layout) and close to the beach, but there were a few issues that we encountered doing our stay. 1 - We could not get into the property until 4:20pm and it was not easy to contact Five Star. (Once we did she was very helpful)
2 - The SPA never did work. They did send someone out but he did not fix it.
3 - The shower on the 2nd floor double bedroom did not work. They did send someone out but he stated that he need to have a plumber come out. Still broke when we left.
4 - The refrigerator handle came off, a guy came out to fix it, but it was still loose.
5 - The cleaning staff is not doing a good job cleaning. The carpet on the stairs could use a good cleaning. There is a lot of dust throughout.
6. Better instructions for the Elevator.
7. Also don't know what is going with the dining room table, very sticky.
This is just a suggestion...the owners of this property should probably do a walkthrough, just to see what needs to be updated. Other than that we did have a good time. Thanks
