This property is absolutely perfect. It is well appointed. The bed, linens and space is exactly how it is described. Short walk to beach, stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for creating a space that is so comfortable.

Things We Loved About the Property: My husband and I loved the location of Colleen’s 1 bedroom unit. It’s walkable to the beach, dining and shopping without being in a super busy or loud area. We appreciated the curated list of restaurants and support for local artists in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked and it was really fun to grill on the patio. Things we didn’t like: There isn’t actually a parking spot for the unit, it should say street parking on the listing. We parked on the wrong side and got a ticket. We did not find the bed or pillows comfortable and bought our own topper and pillows during the stay. The couch and chairs in the living area are quite aged and not that comfy. I know hosts need signs and rules to keep their unit in good condition, but I didn’t appreciate the sign on the AC unit saying not to run it while we were out. It was unseasonably warm while we were there and the unit stayed hot and humid most of the stay.
