OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - Seashore Drive - Relax to the sound of the surf crashing on the sand in this beautiful house that sits only two lots from the beach. The view is unbeatable from the multiple levels of decks that wrap around this perfect vacation hideaway. The whole family will enjoy the large private pool or covered 6-person hot tub on the second level deck. The first level has a den sofa bed with TV, bathroom and laundry room. There's plenty of room on the mid-level with a second master bedroom, and two additional bedrooms that share a bath. The top floor features vaulted ceilings and includes the kitchen, dining area, powder room and expansive great room surrounded by windows that show off the breathtaking views. The king master bedroom and bath is also located on this floor. With just a short walk to the pier, you can enjoy some of the best fishing on Hatteras Island or enjoy watching the surfers tackle the waves below.
New for 2024: New deck and pool furniture. New kitchen appliances. New washer/dryer.

Although there was a wash-out during the week we had such a fun time. The house was closer to the ocean than we saw on the photos and everything was so clean. There plenty of room for everyone and there were 8 of us. We will definitely be rebooking as soon as they open next years calendar. We are just thrilled with this property. If they can make it better with anything it would be some more utensils and silverware :) I can’t end the review without saying the reality company was amazing to deal with as well. Thanks for the stay.

Location was great! However, major upgrades to windows and doors needed. Wind literally coming through window and rotted wood. Slider on main floor unable to open, rotted casing. Alternate door to get to deck, which has duck tape holding a piece of wood. ..broken chairs at pool area, with broken table. Overall, very clean inside. If you’re looking for a very weathered beach house and do not expect anything more, this house will work for you.
