**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
*We cannot guarantee the elevator will be functional due to circumstances beyond our control. Clear elevator instructions are included in the home welcome guide. Guests must read these carefully before operating, and any service calls resulting from user error will incur a fee.
**Up to two pets (dogs only) are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Beautiful home with great ocean view. Just cross the road and over the dune and you are on the beach. They had beach chairs, sand toys and wagon in garage we used. The pool was great as well. We paid to have it heated. Does have an elevator put wasn’t working on day we got there so it was a struggle going up the stairs with all the luggage and supplies we brought. Was repaired a few days later so leaving made it easier to use. Kitchen well supplied with cooking pots and pans, plates , glasses, silverware ect.. We only had one problem on entry day , we were not supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for amount of people staying. James had been very easy to work and communicate with and problem got solved. It’s a very nice place and would recommend staying.

The facilities and proximity to the beach were great, as was the support from the hosts. Because we arrived at the tail end of a 40 storm event, there was a need for some impromptu maintenance. This was handled quickly and professionally.

Property had lots of issues that were reported to our contact. Broken ceiling fan, no lights by pool, leak from overhead stove vent, light not working over dining room table, ice maker not working. Rick, technician, was great with taking care of what he could. Wouldn't stay at this property again but the location is awesome.
