We send the check-in instructions at approximately 10 AM on the day of check-in. A door code will be included in the instruction but will be inoperable until the standard check-in time of 3 PM. The door code becomes invalid at 11 AM on the day of check-out. Please let us know right away if you are checking in early or checking out late.
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

The apartment itself isn't anything to write home about. It's an older building which has been partially refurbished over the years. Thankfully however, an A/C unit has been installed to the living room and a large TV, Ubiquiti WiFi router with fast internet, and electronic locks have been installed.
Property manager was prompt with communications and we had no issues checking in or out.

It is a cute and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, close to fort sill army base. Restaurants and stores are within 5-10 minutes away. I would recommend staying here if you are traveling to Oklahoma for BCT or AIT graduation at fort sill.
