We had such a great experience staying here! The property is excellent—super clean, well-organized, and in an ideal location.Edvaldo is an outstanding host. He truly cares about his guests and even made the effort to come from São Paulo to personally check on us. That level of attention is rare and very appreciated.The staff downstairs were equally wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Would definitely come back!

The apartment is exactly as listed. The location is spectacular, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fit myself and 9 family members VERY comfortably. The check in was seamless, with the building staff very attentive and helpful. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, or bakery. Communicating with Advaldo was seamless. He was a very gracious host and was helpful in all aspects. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment.
