An enchanting home welcomes you!

Floor plan:

Upper floor: High-quality and beautifully designed living area with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and an iPod dock. Look forward to the ocean, which you can enjoy from two different vantage points. Your seating area, which cleverly separates the living area from the kitchen, invites you to linger with its cozy bench and serves as the social hub of your home.

The luxury kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and a combination microwave/oven, offers everything you need for fine dining. You can also look forward to the designer bathroom, featuring a large shower with an XXL Raindance showerhead, a heated towel rack, a toilet, and a DURAVIT vanity. The lighting concept, including floor LEDs, is well-thought-out and harmonious.

The adjacent master bedroom, featuring a double bed (approx. 1.8 x 2 m) and a flat-screen TV, impresses with its elegant built-in cabinetry. An LED light strip integrated into the headboard provides pleasant, ambient lighting.

You also have access to a small garden with a beach chair and patio furniture (available from approximately April through October) for outdoor enjoyment. A washer and dryer are located in the basement of the house. Ample parking at the house goes without saying.
We kindly ask that you refrain from barbecuing on the property.
