With occupancy for 6, this bright and beachy 3rd floor condo will meet all of your needs. Walk into the living area and the soft salmon color on the walls gives you the feeling of the inside of a conch shell. A queen pull out sofa, and love seat allows plenty of seating for all!! Living room opens up into a spacious full sized, fully stocked kitchen. A small hallway holds the beautifully clean and spacious bath! Continue thru the hallway to the large bedroom that holds 2 double beds. The soothing light blue color on the walls, make this room the perfect retreat to relax, at the end your day!
On the corner of St louis and 5th, in Ocean City, Md, you can't beat this location! 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! Convenient to the inlet which hosts festivals such as Sunfest, Springfest and concerts such as Ocean's Calling and County's Calling!
Don't feel like a beach day- relax at the private outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day). Or spend the day at the bayside fishing pier is only one block south.
Kids - bring your skate boards - the park is right across the street!! There are also 2 brand new children's play areas just 2 blocks away!
Walking distance to the best eating establishments in O.C., or take the bus to any destination! Bus stop at the corner 2 blocks down.
Take an easy stroll along the bay to the de Lazy Lizard. Grab an adirondack, a cocktail, and watch the perfect sunset.

What a gem! Property is an end unit on the third floor, so no foot traffic outside your door. Safe, quiet, and off the main streets yet still close enough to walk everywhere. Clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We cooked and ate a lot of meals here with no issue. There were instructions not to use the pull-out couch, but fold-up cots were provided instead. My 10-year-old son slept like a baby on the cot mattress, which was extremely comfortable! Easy check-in and out, quick communication by hosts...10/10 recommend for a beachy stay!

Very nice and clean condo that had everything we needed. Close enough to enjoy the beach and boardwalk but still allowed us to get away from the noise and crowds. The host was quick to respond and gave detailed instructions on everything we needed to know.

Our first time in Ocean City Maryland. What a perfect location! So convenient to both bay and Ocean :) Hosts were really great to work with.

The location was great, we were walking distance to a lot of fun activities. We only used our car once to go to mini golf. The property could use an update, one bed in the bedroom was broken. The pots and pans were very cheap, cleaning them were a pain. The couches could use a deep clean. The pool was great because it was right across the street, but it is shared with other hotels so it gets very packed. There was no extra toilet paper, only one roll. We were very appreciative to be able to check in early, but the management company was kinda rude, I called because no one was there, they told me she would be in at 10. We waited until 10:30, and she still wasn't there, so I called the other number who was of the woman arriving and she told me should would be right there to give us our parking pass. She seemed very bothered to help us.
