The host provided very clear instructions to check in and was quite accommodating! Parking was very easy and spacious as well. Additionally, their home is close to Southcenter mall, which is very convenient.

Easy communication and well accommodating

Mason was a great host! Nice quiet little neighborhood in Renton. Close to everything!

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights while we were visiting Seattle. The apartment isn’t in the best area and we may have been unfortunate but there were multiple gun shots heard and police in the near vicinity on our second night, which wasn’t overly reassuring. Otherwise the flat was clean but a little basic in that there were literally 3 knives and forks, 2 cups, the smallest sieve ever to drain pasta, no comfortable seating and the bed was pretty small and not the most comfortable. A toaster, a sofa, some wine glasses, tea towels- things like that would be nice to have… It served its purpose but you wouldn’t want to be there long..
