A beautifully decorated condo that is very spacious. This condo is so bright and cheery...a place to enhance your experience at the Beach!
All furniture (seats 6 comfortably), beds (king, queen, 2 twin, murphy bed (queen)), bedding, and linens are clean and sanitized.
The dining room offers a table that comfortably seats 8 people
Kitchen that is well stocked.
Three flat screen TV's & WiFi available throughout condo.
Entire condo flooring is LVT with rugs.
Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer and cleaning supplies.
Beach closet that includes: boogie boards, umbrella, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels
We provide bath towels and linens for you to use

The room was everything we hoped it would be. It was clean, spacious, great location, great view of the ocean and the Space Center. Our tween grandsons enjoyed watching a rocket launch from our balcony! Our only hiccup was a miscommunication with the door code when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved. We would rent this place again!!

The condo was exactly as listed. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had. The ocean view was absolutely stunning. Even saw a starlink launch from the beach right in front of the condo. Would have no problem staying here again if ever in the area.

We had an awesome experience in Cocoa Beach. The condo is just as described and had plenty of room for our family of 5, plus my parents for 2 nights. Angie was a great host - very communicative and helpful.

We've stayed in lots of VRBO properties but this was one of the best. Good location, beautiful view, clean, beautiful beach and warm pool. Unit had everything we needed and provided plenty of space. For families traveling with little ones, there is a walk-in-closet in the master that has ventilation-perfect spot for a pack-n-play or crib. You can see the Kennedy space center/Cape Canaveral from the balcony. We were lucky to see a rocket launch on our last night.
