Attractive two-bedroom / two-bath ranch-style home with ensuite main bedroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just 10 minutes from the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. Sleeps 4 (up to six with an approved option.) Skylights in En Suite bathroom and kitchen. Non-Smoking Home.

This home has central A/C, two bedrooms and two baths, a living room and family room, 3 TVs, Xfinity Cable service, DVD, WiFi, ceiling fans, W/D, and a patio area with a barbeque grill.
There is a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. A queen sofa bed is in the family room, which has French doors for privacy and can serve as a 3rd bedroom with special arrangements—the dining area seats six—driveway parking for cars and a boat trailer. Ample on-street parking is also available.
A backyard shed accommodates bikes and beach things.

Nice quiet neighborhood. The house has great access to/from the Garden State Parkway. Yet, it is certainly close with a short ride to favorite locations. Plenty of space for six. The two living areas also allow for a little time away from each other if that is desired.

The house is extremely clean, it’s just as pictured and the host has great communication. Having two living rooms with TVs was a plus.
