This is a large 2 bedroom/2 bath completely renovated corner ground floor unit with a wrap around lanai offering lake views from every room. Located in Wild Pines within the exclusive gated community of Bonita Bay
Master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen “smart” tv. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen tv with Roku. Family room offers a pull out couch with a flat screen "smart" tv. Each bedroom has a private bath and large slider leading to the lanai. The unit has high speed fiber optic internet with wifi, linens, beach towels and 4 tennis rackets.
Wild Pines heated pool, spa and tennis courts are just across the parking lot. There is also a newly renovated pool house with picnic tables and a refrigerator for your use. Gas grills are located at the pool, in the parking lot near the unit and also at the private beach.
Bonita Bay is a certified Audubon sanctuary with 12 miles of paved pathways for walking, biking, and jogging. Three parks within the community offer tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, playgrounds, picnic areas, butterfly garden, boardwalk to the back bay and complementary canoes & kayaks. There is also a marina and Backwater Jacks restaurant.
Bonita Bay has something for everyone and the proximity to the airport, restaurants, shopping and fine dining can't be beat.

Everything was wonderful, host was extremely helpful, answered all questions above and beyond. Instructions were concise and very clear. Condo was super clean and well stocked. We never cooked so can't speak to any of that!

This property is in a quiet, friendly gated community that has so many amenities. We especially loved the bike trails, the availability of kayaks and canoes, pools, tennis courts etc. We sat in the lanai, drinking coffe every morning while watching the birds over the pond. We went to the beach several times on the shuttle - so convenient and hassle free. The new private beachhouse is beautiful. The condo itself was perfect for us with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture & beds and a large lanai. Robyn is the perfect Host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time.

We had a fabulous time and loved this condo. Robyn is a wonderful host who made it a great stay in so many ways, by providing great amenities and attention to detail and making sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return and stay again.
