Premier Inn at LHR terminal 5 was very clean. It had a refrigerator and coffee in the room. Staff at the restaurant, coffee shop and bar were all friendly and helpful. We got to the airport via a bus. The stop was directly across the street and arrived every 20 min.

we used this as a quick stay after a cruise before getting our flight home the next day. The staff was so courteous and amazing, particularly in the bar and restaurant. Very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again. Very close to Terminal 5.
