This home is Newly Decorated and will provide plenty of room for you and your guests, It has a Large open floor plan. The Kitchen has Granite counter tops and a Large Island with bar stools for a quick breakfast, Great for Entertaining. Large Master Bedroom with Jacuzzi Tub.This house if fully equipped, The home can accommodate up to 10 people with a total of 4 bedrooms . Inside Laundry, DIrect garage access. Built in Patio, Private Swimming Pool with water features and Large swim step with umbrella holder for the perfect amount of shade. Very quite and private with a unobstructed view of the Mountain and golf course. Here in Indian Palms County Club, there is a restraurant, a bar, golf course, tennis courts, and a gym.

Lovely home! Quiet, serene & beautiful golf course views. The home was equipped with everything we needed and located close to shopping. We didn’t have time to enjoy the nice pool - but it was calling out to us!! Kim is great!! Very responsive and helpful!! We visit the desert 4x every winter and would stay at this home again in a heart beat! Thanks Kim!!
