The 50 square meter two-room apartment is located in the annex, which used to serve as a functional building. The living / dining area is open plan, so you can relax in a room on the comfortable armchairs and conjure up all the meals in the very well equipped kitchen, the ceramic hob microwave ovens combination, almost everything the holidaymaker needs.

On the private balcony you have already with the morning coffee a wonderful view of the lake. The bedroom spoils with a very comfortable box spring bed and plenty of space. Floor-to-ceiling windows through which you step onto your own large terrace complete the promising offer.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a glass shower with rain shower and window.

In a listed building with a neighboring house, we offer a total of 12 individual and very tastefully furnished apartments. The house was completely refurbished and opened in the fall of 2018.
