APA Hotel Kanazawa Ekimae

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Nice and spacious public bath

Convenient

Heavy human traffic

Close proximity to the train station with easy access to the bus terminal.

The room was smaller than expected. Two people one bed produced limited room to unpack a suitcase. The breakfast was included and ok with lots of different foods try.

Location is superb and the staff very friendly.

The double room is a closet with no room for cases. We managed to swap to twin room after one night which was much better but… the step down from the bathroom is a killer! Wife hurt her foot and my knees took a pounding. Toilet seat was set to nuclear reactor hot and the bed was designed as revenge for Hiroshima. Anyone heavier than the average local sinks through the thin mattress onto the hard metal frame and suffers in agony all night as your hip bones are ground away. Had they offered a decent bed this would be our favorite hotel but sadly the bed killed it for us. We’ll never risk APA again.
