Condo was very nice as described check in process was terrible, drove 14 hours arrived on Sunday and was unable to access condo due to faulty electronic lock. Did not lock the door for the entire stay due to fear of being locked out, property manager said lock would be changed out Monday morning never heard from anyone. Could not enter condo until 10pm lost an entire day of vacation still no resolution from host.

The keyless entry procedure was not clarified in our portal instructions. The afterhours staff was able to remotely unlock the door. The next day the lock issue was resolved, and the instructions are now in the guest portal. The view from the condo was great. We ate at the Deck Restaurant. The food was good and the restaurant was close by.The condo was clean and comfortable.
