Over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 recreation parks.
Owner lives nearby and can often accommodate requests for bicycles, extra beach chairs, anything reasonable to make your stay more enjoyable....just ask!

Overall, this was a nice home to stay in. The pool was great! The living room sofa was newer and very comfortable. There is plenty of cookware and dinnerware. Loved that there were plenty of towels and cloths available, along with beach towels too. The home could use a few updates though. I was a bit surprised the fridge had no ice maker and used the ice cube trays instead, and no garbage disposal. I also was a bit surprised that there were no window coverings in the dining room. The window vertical blinds were all missing, just the wall hanger rods were there. I just prefer a bit more privacy. The back bathroom was was very nicely remodeled. Just be aware that the shower door is uneven and won't close all the way and really leaks water onto the floor. The door needs readjusted. I would stay here again. It is in a very nice neighborhood too. SW Cape Coral is the place to be!!

Great stay! The place was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our stay, lots of room and the backyard was large and private.

Good property with nice pool and a great yard for dogs. Very quiet neighborhood. property needs much TLC. Missing window coverings on the back side and the sliding door cover louvers did not work properly (worn out). Pool cover screens in need of repair and the screen door was problematic due to improper installation of the closer (lock tab slid down the shaft and prevented proper closing). Missing downspouts on the gutters (no rain during my stay so I do not know if problematic). There was a fire extinguisher but it showed discharged and there was an empty holder for a monoxide detector or smoke detector that was missing the unit. Leaky toiled and kitchen sink drain. Agent informed of most of these things and said they would be taken care of.
