Guest House A (Ground Floor)
As entering the property, one first encounters the ground-floor apartment. This lovely space features a fashionable kitchenette equipped with modern appliances, a bedroom with a queen bed, a small sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.

**The house is located on a pedestrian street, to which cars are not allowed to enter. It is approximately 300 metres from the point cars are obligated to stop. There are also a few steps about 50 metres away from the entrance of the property up to the upper floors .
***The house is allotted solely for stays. Parties, gatherings, events of any kind, professional photoshoots and unregisterred guests are strictly forbidden.
****Guests are required to provide a photo identification and home address upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
