Nice and close to where dad was. Walked there every day. It was wonderful weather every day.

Had to call to get check in instructions and although requested never did receive check out for instructions.

My brother and I stayed for two weeks and everything was as advertised. I had previously owned a winter residence within a mile of property so was familiar with neighborhood.The place was clean, check in was simple and facility was great. Should we travel to Yuma again we will definetely check the availability of this residence.

Bed was great.
Floors could have been cleaner, dog hair in corner by patio door. Also patio door had dog prints all over it.
Need to have some kind of soap in the bathroom.
It basically needs a little sprucing up and some TLC.
