If the number of guests exceeds the number on the reservation without prior approval, the reservation may be subject to cancellation in accordance with Airbnb's policies.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $300 smoking fee may apply if smoking occurs inside the property.

This place was nice and clean, the host was super helpful with a small change in accommodations we needed, nice quiet area. It was close to a cluster of food trucks that were delicious and the shell station. The kitchen had everything we needed and had nice touches to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The king size bed was super comfortable, but could be tough to get into for some people as it’s on a tall bed frame. Overall enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

My co-worker and I stayed to attend a conference at the Sunriver Resort. The condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and the we had everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed the view of the trees right outside the living room window. The pool and sauna were right outside the back door. We hope to stay again next year.

The condo was well equipped and decorated very nice and was very clean. Tony was awesome to respond to our question very quickly and extremely helpful!Would recommend staying here.
