Cottage is 5-10 minutes from all the popular boat launches- Bings, Moose, Centennial, Pillars, Eagle Rock. 30 to 45 minutes to Upper Kenai River, Kasilof River, or saltwater fishing. 90 minutes to Homer. Parking for single vehicle with overflow vehicle parking for boat trailers for trout bums coming from Anchorage or the Valley.

5 minute drive to Soldotna amenities, and popular local eateries, some favorites are- Kenai River Brewing, Addie Camp, St. Elias Brewing Company, and Senor Panchos. Gas station convenience/liquor store is walking distance away.

Pending calendar availability cottages can be booked simultaneously to accommodate large parties or extended family. The 4 neighboring cottages give you a fantastic opportunity to spread out a bit more while you hang out together. You’ll enjoy two loft cottages with cathedral ceilings, and two smaller ranch cottages. All have TVs, high-speed internet and fully equipped kitchens.
