- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room.
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- An enclosed, west-facing garden of approx. 350 m², with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, 50 m from the beach, 500 m from the center and 3 km from the golf course, in a very pleasant setting in the Piégu district, home to some of the oldest seaside residences in the history of Val André. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- During your stay, you'll have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sea air.
- You can also take advantage of the nearby Thalasso spa for a moment of escape, visit the "BlueGreen" golf course, the equestrian center and discover the nautical center for an introduction to sailing, rent a boat, take the kids on a towed buoy...
- Want to explore the surrounding area? The GR34, which circumnavigates the Breton coastline, is just below the accommodation and takes you along the marvellous Emerald Coast to Erquy and Dinard, or Saint Malo and Cancale for the more sporty.
- The island of Bréhat is accessible in summer thanks to river shuttles from Erquy.

- A physical reception: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat, share their tips with you and give you the keys.
