On a large airial (park), surrounded by oaks and pines with large unfenced spaces, the gîte has 2 bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a large covered terrace with garden furniture.

The property also houses a recently-opened chambre d'hôtes and the family's Gironde stone house.

Situated 54 km from the Atlantic Ocean, you can enjoy walks in the forest, along the banks of the Leyre river, visits to châteaux, nearby vineyards (Sauternes, Bordeaux) and the Ecomusée de Marquèze.

The neighboring village of Sore, 5km away, has a heated swimming pool, and the Hostens lake, with its activities and pedal boats, is around 15km away. Canoeing down the Leyre is also a must.
