The location was great for us because we had family nearby. It was easy to find, check-in was easy, and the owner answered quickly.

The house was clean. We came for a softball tournament in Pearland, so it was a good location. But the house needs some work. All of the doors stick when opening and closing them, including the fridge. The floor has lumps throughout the house as does the ceiling and walls. Also the rooms need better curtains as a lot of light gets through.Check in was easy, but no check out instructions. Only 3 trash bags were available. Communication with the company was awful.
