Great rental, bed was comfortable, great spot for getting to places in Arrowhead Peoria Area, responsive host, and close to freeways! Nicely maintained unit and has a private patio. Community pool too!

Dave was an excellent host. The place fit perfectly for what I needed for an extended stay and is close to several food options. An overall great experience.

Our stay was almost a month. Not many complaints but there were a lot of gnats and there was a lot of dust/dirt around the edges of the wall in the bedroom. Pillows were flat, bed wasn’t too comfortable We ran out of laundry detergent but that’s okay. Overall okay stay
