The accommodation has a large balcony (accessible from both the dining area and the living room) where you will find a small garden table with 2 chairs to get some fresh air with a coffee while admiring the unobstructed view. If you turn your gaze to the right, you will be able to see the cathedral.
The entire apartment has been refurbished and most of the equipment present is also new.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need: fridge, extractor hood, built-in dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot plates, plus all the utensils usually used to prepare your meals.
The kitchen is open to the living room, with a bar behind which there are 2 high stools so that you can continue to chat with the person who cooks.
The dining area is spacious and very bright thanks to a bay window. It includes a round table with 4 chairs.
At the back of this room, separated by a glass roof is the living room which offers a second very comfortable sleeping area for 2 people and which allows privacy for those who sleep there.
