Enjoy a Mediterranean holiday with a private pool, an outdoor kitchen and plenty of Istrian charm.

Make yourself at home at Casa Ivan, which combines rustic details with cosy comfort and offers plenty of space for holidays spent together. Relax in the bright living room amongst charming furniture or prepare Mediterranean dishes in the open-plan kitchen. Gather round the dining table with family and friends.

Step out into the fully fenced outdoor area and enjoy your privacy. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax on the wooden sun loungers under a parasol and let your gaze wander over the natural stone walls, palm trees and Mediterranean plants. Cook your favourite dishes on the brick-built barbecue in the covered summer kitchen and spend long evenings at the large dining table. A children’s playground is located in the immediate vicinity.

It takes just a few minutes to drive from Fuskulin to Poreč, where you can discover historic sights as well as the cultural and entertainment offerings. Pack your swimwear and spend the day at the nearby sea or visit one of the nearby water parks. Take day trips to the fishing villages of Vrsar and Funtana, experience a fishermen’s festival there, or explore Istria’s bays whilst enjoying water sports. You can also make the most of the walking and cycling trails for active excursions through the varied landscape.
