The Villa recently renovated in 2023 is a luxurious holiday villa where you feel good immediately, the Villa has obtained a 5-star rating.
All the rooms are turned towards the ocean; the villa is located on the axis of the Pen Men lighthouses in Groix and that of Doëlan; at night you will see the passage of the halo of these 2 lighthouses.
On the port side, sunrise and breathtaking view of the island of Groix.

On the starboard side, sunset and the Glénan archipelago on the horizon above the entrance to our charming port of Doëlan.
The layout of the villa allows you to stay comfortably and happily whether you are 2, 4 or 6 people.
Kitchen and dining room is a unique open space, which allows you to enjoy the view to the south, open sea, or to go outside on the kitchen terrace with a view of the port of Doëlan.
The low living room is 100% open to the ocean with its large sliding window.
From the first floor you can view the indoor swimming pool which is accessed through a watertight and secure door in the extension of the living room. The pool has its own en-suite bathroom.
The heated swimming pool is equipped with a roller shutter that secures it and keeps the heat constant.
Upstairs, 2 en-suite bedrooms are presented, either Blue or Green.
To satisfy as many people as possible, and for hygiene, we have chosen to equip Villa Ponant with Japanese toilets (or Japanese toilets) and bidets in each of the bathrooms.
The relaxation area is equipped with a fully glazed sauna with an extraordinary view of the island of Groix and a relaxation area.
This space can also and on request be converted into a 3rd double bedroom 140x200, with certainly the most beautiful view of the house.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the 3rd is adjoining the swimming pool.

The exteriors: on the south side of the house, towards the sea, a wooden passageway and pontoon provide access to the main terrace. You have a brazier for excellent grills, a terrace table for 6/8 people, sheltered from the sun by its large Glatz parasol. A north terrace and garden furniture allow you to admire the sunset and the activity of the charming port.

The renovation was carried out with local or recycled materials such as exotic wood terraces. A rainwater collection tank supplies the irrigation water, the toilet and the washing machine. The 2 heat pumps provide the energy needed to heat the villa and the swimming pool.

The surroundings: the villa is at the end of the port, the famous GR34 hiking trail is below the garden of the Villa, 2 restaurants 50 meters away, the village of Clohars Carnoet 5 minutes away by car or 10 by bike.
Distance from the beaches: 400 m from the beach of Beg Porz Gwenn and 1 km from the beaches of Stang Souc and Roche Perçée; 4 km from the beaches of Kérou and Pouldu.
The Kérou surf school is open to all as well as the Pouldu sailing school.
