We offer an apartment for rent on the first floor of our house, in which your small pets are welcome.
Located near the port of Vannes (5/10 min walk) and the stadium of La Rabine (5 min walk), this new apartment of 80 m² is totally independent and quiet, the rooms are on the garden side.
Shops are in the immediate vicinity: bakery-pastry shop, butcher's, mini-market, pharmacy.
On one level, this very bright accommodation, facing south, consists of:
- A living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob, Tassimo coffee maker & filter, kettle, toaster). The sofa in the living room is convertible.
You will have at your disposal fiber in wifi and network, a computer and an Apple TV 4k.
- Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha
- A separate toilet with washbasin
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, two sinks, hairdryer.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160*200) and a storage wardrobe
The booking includes the following services: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Free street or private parking, loan of adult bikes, travel cot and high chair.
We accept bookings from two consecutive nights and will be happy to welcome you from 4pm (we prefer a personal welcome but can use a key box if necessary) and until 11am on the day of your departure.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in France very comfortable and spacious, attached to owners house but very private and not overlooked with your own private garden space. Only 10-15 mins to port or old town.

A smart well equipped apartment with secure parking and very comfortable bed. The shower room was excellent with plenty of hot water, towels and soaps etc. The kitchen and dining are was well appointed and the lounge area seating was relaxing. We would highly recommend
