Villa Moyria is a charming vacation house for rent with private swimming pool in Kassiopi, a small characteristich village on the Island of Corfu.
Thanks to its 3 bedrooms and its large and bright interiors, this villa can host up to 6 people.
Outside, there are a beautiful heatable swimming pool and a barbecue area, furnished with table and chairs to comfortably dine outside. Despite the proximity to the other houses, Villa Moyria guarantees privacy and tranquility thanks to the cypresses and olive trees that surround the house.
Beaches, shops and characteristic Greek tavernas are a few metres away from the villa and can be reached on foot within 10/15 minutes. A path near the house will lead you to the Kassiopi Castle's Ruins. From there you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the village and the sea.
At guests' disposal: 3 bedrooms with air conditioned and en-suite bathroom, private swimming pool (heatable) (8 x 5 metres; min depth: 0,9 metres; max depth: 1,5 metres), outdoor dining area with table and chairs, barbecue, internet wi-fi, washing machine, beaches, shops and tavernas by the sea at a walking distance, parking
Distances: Kassiopi (shops, restaurants, beaches) a few metres away; Acharavi at 12 km, Corfu Town (airport) at 35 km.

Our Villa was outstanding and so was the service we received from the lovely ladies who looked after us and Nico, who was amazing on all levels, the service he gave us was exceptional, coming to our aid in a family emergency and generally being a very wonderful host. The villa is perfectly located: the town, supermarkets and beaches are all within easy walking distance. There is a beautiful view because the villa is up a bit of a hill. It feels very private despite being so close to town.
The villa itself is very spacious with 3 very good sized en-suite bathrooms. We particularly liked the powerful showers and the air con. The villa was spotlessly clean.
The outside space is great, with all of the bedrooms having their own terrace/balcony with seating as well as a large dining area near the pool with a barbecue. We loved the pool. It’s huge for a private pool, and there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. It is easy to find sunny and shady spaces throughout the day.
It was easy to book with posarelli villas and communication was very good. Getting into the villa was straightforward, and we appreciated the thorough cleaning and change of towels that was done halfway through our stay. We didn’t have any issues, but Nicos was only a WhatsApp away if there had been a problem.
We had a great stay, and I’d definitely stay in Villa Moyria if I come back to Kassiopi.

The villa was all that was claimed and more. Great large heated pool. Any problems we had ( water problems mainly being the first occupants I think this season). Nicos and his company provided an excellent service and were always at the end of a phone or "whatsapp" if needed.

Good location in centre of Kassiopi, however, the access road/driveway is very steep so make sure a hire car has enough engine power otherwise you’ll be unloading people and luggage at the bottom of the slope! Lots to do locally in the town but much on offer a short drive away so a car is very useful.
The villa itself is in need of a little TLC. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped if full occupancy of 6. There was a pagoda for shade by the pool but it was torn and unsightly. The pool had clearly been repainted recently and our feet were blue each time we climbed out.
Only communication with property manager was What’sApp message before arrival; mine to them re paint/pool issue went unanswered.
