The house was deeply restored in 2017 to be used for holidays.

It is located in the hamlet Pugliola on a road that leads to the bottom of the village and is therefore not busy, and there are no dangers for children. A quiet hamlet with a couple of shops, the bar / home cooking.
Lerici is one and a half miles on foot, two by car. You can get to the village in ten minutes and get back in a bus or taxi if you do not want to take the car.
You can go to the station of Sarzana or that of Spezia by bus.

Pugliola is a good starting point for a territory that offers everything: From Lerici depart the ferries to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre that can be reached by train either from Sarzana or La Spezia.
