Escape to this superb fully equipped house on our 220 acre lake estate. With 4 bedrooms including 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds, and 1 full bed. Enjoy the convenience of a full bath in every bedroom. Relax in the great room with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Private dock with two canoes, 2 kayaks and rowboat. Fabulous 40' deck with hot tub and fire pit. 1500 acre Highlawn farm across the street, Tanglewood 2 miles. Indoor & Outdoor pools, tennis courts, gym and club house on premises. House was nice and open had everything you need. Not on lake. Would suggest a binder with how to work tvs fireplace and clear directions down to lake. Possibly list local fare and things to do see like most rentals but overall was great and fit our needs wonderfully.

My friends and I stayed at this adorable and HUGE home in this lovely condo complex to spend the weekend at Ski Butternut which was only like 10 minutes away. The host even left us 2 bottles of wine! It had FIVE bathrooms which is unheard of, like anywhere, and the beds were the fancy adjustable kinds. TVs and cable in every bedroom. The fireplace was so luxurious. When the living room TV was giving us some connection issues I think it was a total of like 7 minutes to contact the host/co-host and a technician came over and gave us a Roku stick with every app we could want. We didn't do MUCH TV watching, but being able to relax with a movie night our first night was great! Howie is a kind, funny, calm, and very accommodating host. I would book his property again!

Excellent location in the Berkshires The house was able to accommodate our party of 6 adults and 3 children. The house had 4 bedrooms and a bathroom in each. Of note is that there was no clothes closet in the master bedroomThe host was attentive and made an effort to acclimate us to the area by driving us around the surrounding area and pointing outs sites of interest Check in was easy. Kitchen was well equipped. The gas barbecue was in disrepair but quickly replaced by a new one the next morning after the property manager notified the host. The host also quickly replaced malfunctioning coffee maker. It should be noted that only the same four people from one rental can use the common facilities every day (outdoor and indoor pool and gym). The names had to be submitted to the host the eventing before. This was disappointing news. There was a lake near the property equipped with canoes and kayaks which helped with the above issue There was a large deck equipped with a hot tubThe couch cushions on the deck furniture were dirty and the sap on the cushions actually stained clothing. The bases of the two sides chairs needed repair. These factors limited our time on the deck Despite the above our family enjoyed our stay
