Completely renovated, the accommodation offers very nice services: equipped kitchen equipped with quality appliances and crockery, a tastefully decorated living room, 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Closed garage 100m from the apartment at your disposal free of charge because from June 15 to September 15 approximately, parking spaces in the city center are paid.
On your arrival the beds will be made, towels and table linen will be at your disposal.
The materials and decoration chosen reflect the maritime side of the city as well as the local know-how. Very beautiful view of the marina and the Ville Close for this high-end and luxury accommodation. The little extra: the central square at the foot of the building (magical when the city gradually awakens, and when the setting sets comes).
The living rooms are located to the south with a privileged view of the entrance to the port. As for the bedrooms, they are located on the courtyard side, in a quiet area.
Concarneau also became famous for the filming in 2013 and 2014 of the investigations of Inspector Dupin, based on the police series by the author Jean-Luc Bannalec.
House dedicated to family stays preferred. We will not welcome groups to organize parties.

The apartment is beautifully decorated to the highest standard. All equipment again is of best quality.

This apartment was beautifully appointed, with wonderful bespoke wooden fittings and attractive decoration, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The location was excellent right next to the indoor market and a hundred yards or so from the Ville Close entrance. There was no noise however as the bedrooms were at the back and the windows were double glazed. Having a garage to park in was an added bonus. Isabelle was very friendly and helpful. We could quite happily have moved in for good!
