Walk from the cottage to the bustling fishing town of Looe through the tidal river valley in about an hour. The picturesque village of Polperro is a 10 minute drive away. Both Looe & Polperro have many restaurants, shops & local crafts. The nearby village of Pelynt has 2 shops which include a butchers & a post office. There is a pub which serves good food. There are a variety of local beaches to explore all within a 10 minute drive away.

Ground floor consists of a dining room, lounge with a TV, dvd player & a electric heater. The kitchen has a electric oven with 4 hob rings, microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge.
It is a old cottage so sometimes head room can be low in places.
First floor consists of 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a stunning countryside view.
Bedroom 2 has a zip & link bed which can be 2 singles or a superking.
There is oil central heating.
There is a gravelled garden at the front with outside table & chairs & a fire pit which can also be used as a BBQ. There is also a lawned garden to the back of the property with exceptional country views.
There is parking for 1 car.
